Audit Supervisors and Seniors
Location: Barbados
Duties & Responsibilities:
Audit Supervisors and Seniors are audit engagement team members responsible for performing the audits of the financial statements of a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities may include planning, executing, and completing audits; developing and supervising staff, reviewing financial statements and related technical accounting issues; and assisting in engagement management and practice development activities.
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals, who have a serious commitment to professionalism, to join our growing team.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Commitment to pursuing a professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum of three years of previous audit experience.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
- Solid verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to take ownership of your assignments and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with IFRS.
- Possession of an accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA is required for the supervisor position.
