Christopher Sambrano, Partner of Grant Thornton Ltd., in his capacity as Receiver of certain charged assets
of Solar Dynamics Ltd., invites expressions of interest and bids from qualified purchasers for the
acquisition of commercial properties and business assets located in Barbados and St. Lucia.
Assets Available for Sale
- Package 1 – Grazettes Industrial Park Lot 1C:
Office, warehouse and manufacturing/assembly plant. - Package 2 – Business Assets:
Solar Dynamics brand and trademark rights, customer lists, inventory, machinery and equipment, vehicles, and shares in a wholly owned St. Lucia subsidiary. - Package 3 – Grazettes Industrial Park Lot 4:
Warehouse and industrial yard.
Expressions of Interest and bids are invited from interested parties in Barbados, the wider Caribbean and internationally. Interested parties may obtain a teaser document and confidentiality agreement by contacting the Receiver following which, eligible parties will be provided with a Confidential Information Memorandum, bid instructions and bid deadlines.
The Receiver will consider all bona fide offers received. The Receiver reserves the right to amend the sale process, negotiate with any party, accept or reject any offer, request revised offers, or withdraw any asset from sale at any time.
