Associate – Risk Assurance Services
We are expanding our Risk Assurance Services team and are seeking a motivated individual to support the delivery of high-quality risk services in Barbados and across the Eastern Caribbean.
This opportunity is suited to:
- candidates with at least 2–3 years’ experience in IT audit, internal audit, cybersecurity, and broader risk assurance; or
- recent graduates with a degree in accounting and computer science, and a strong interest in building a career in risk assurance and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of IT audit, internal audit, cybersecurity, and risk assurance engagements
- Assist in the evaluation of internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes
- Participate in cybersecurity reviews and related risk assessments
- Support client engagements across multiple industries and jurisdictions
- Work collaboratively with regional teams on cross-border assignments
- Contribute to the development of tools, methodologies, and client solutions.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting and Computer Science, or a related field
- Progress toward or interest in professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, CISA.
